STUDENT OBLIGATIONS
General Obligations
- Uphold human dignity

- Maintain the dignity of the image and good name of Trisakti University
- Participate in realizing the Vision, Mission and Objectives of Trisakti University
- Behave honestly, be polite and respect Trisakti University leaders, lecturers, education staff, guests, and fellow students
- Participate in maintaining campus infrastructure, cleanliness, security, and order
- Participate in preventing violations, security disturbances, and campus orderliness
- Do not do actions that can interfere with the teaching and learning process
- Fostering and maintaining the unity and integrity of fellow students
- Play an active role in creating a harmonious campus life
- Fostering and maintaining a campus that is free of drugs, alcohol, gambling, smoking, acts of violence, immoral acts, and other dishonorable acts
- Uphold social ethics, mutual respect and respect regardless of ethnicity, religion and race
- Comply with all regulations that apply at Trisakti University
- Carry out all obligations with full sense of responsibility
- Living and practicing the Trisakti University Student Code of Ethics.
Obligations to Institutions
- Support and behave in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Objectives of the Faculty of Economics and Business
- Comply with all regulations that apply to both the Faculty of Economics and Business and Trisakti University
- Play an active role with full responsibility in realizing a harmonious, conducive, academic nuanced campus life, in accordance with national and religious cultural values
- Be responsible and try to achieve the best performance for all activities carried out/participated on behalf of the Faculty of Economics and Business and Trisakti University, both carried out within and outside the scope of Trisakti University
- Participate actively and responsibly in creating campus life that is free from acts of violence, drugs, alcohol, gambling, playing cards and other dishonorable behavior
Obligations to the Academic Community (leaders, lecturers, and staff education Faculty of Economics and Business)
- Be polite and respect every leader, lecturer, and educational staff
- Speak and behave politely, both towards leaders, lecturers, and education staff
- Participate in creating interactive and conducive communication conditions, so as to create an academic culture within the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University.
Obligations to Himself and Fellow Students
- Mutual respect and respect regardless of ethnicity, religion, race, class, socio-cultural background, and gender
- Uphold social ethics in accordance with social, cultural and religious norms
- Be a good example and role model for other students
- Maintain physical and mental health, as well as mental so that they can carry out their duties properly
- Always follow the latest developments in science, especially economics
- Live and practice the economics student code of ethics.
RULES AND RULES OF STUDENT AFFAIRS
- Activities on campus can only take place from 07.00 WIB to 21.30 WIB.
- Student activities outside of the set time must obtain permission/recommendation from the Deputy Dean III for activities within the faculty or Vice Chancellor III for university-level activities and submit a written copy to the Head of UPT. Campus Authority by attaching the identity of the student involved
- The implementation of student activities must comply with the procedures for implementing student activities stipulated in the student regulations Decree of the Chancellor of Trisakti University No. 216 of 2010 concerning Trisakti University Student Regulations
- All activities on campus that are carried out outside of the specified time or on holidays/holidays, must be permitted by the University/Faculty official who is appointed and authorized to do so.
- If there is a violation of point 1 (one) and point 4 (four), the Faculty and/or UPT. The Campus Authority has the authority to secure/take action against the perpetrators of these violations
- While on campus, students are required to maintain campus order and tranquility, so that it does not interfere with the process of organizing education, the working atmosphere and relations between fellow campus residents.
- Students must be polite and respectful of fellow students, leaders of the University/Faculty/Prodi or other units, lecturers, education staff and all guests who come to the Trisakti University campus
- Students must look and dress neatly, politely and appropriately, not wearing sandals/slippers and T-shirts/t-shirts without collars. Students who are not dressed neatly, politely and without shoes are not allowed to enter the campus/classroom and are not served at administrative service counters.
- Do not smoke in the classroom and in the hallways. Violation of this provision will be subject to suspension in accordance with Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2005 concerning Air Pollution Control and Regional Regulation No. 75 of 2005 concerning Smoking Prohibited Areas
- Students do not commit disgraceful/inappropriate acts by academics, such as committing drug abuse/possessing, carrying, storing, using, circulating and facilitating acts of drug abuse, fighting, gambling, threats, violence, carrying and consuming drinking alcohol, carrying firearms, sharp weapons that can harm other people and other actions that can be punishable by criminal/civil sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations. Sanctions for drug abuse violations are in the form of dismissal as stipulated in SKR Number: 322/USAKTI/ SKR/XII/2010 .
- Students are required to maintain cleanliness and harmony and not damage existing infrastructure on campus, such as not throwing garbage/dirt anywhere and not making pictures, graffiti or writing on walls or other places
- Students are prohibited from taking actions or sayings that degrade the dignity or honor of leaders, lecturers, education staff, fellow students and other people, causing misunderstandings or conflicts between individuals and groups
- Do not commit plagiarism, fraudulent acts in any form, whether in lectures, exams or in writing thesis / internship report writing
- Do not commit disgraceful acts such as bribes and other forms of giving money, materials and services related to academic interests to lecturers and education staff
- It is prohibited to carry out game activities such as playing cards, firecrackers, fireworks, and others
- It is forbidden to play music during class time
- To ensure smooth, orderly and calm teaching and learning activities on campus, students must obey campus traffic rules, including parking that has been determined by the Faculty and University
- Installation of posters, banners, banners and the like as well as distribution of pamphlets, brochures, leaflets and the like within the Trisakti University campus must be approved by the Campus Management Institute and are prohibited from promoting or including smoking products, liquor, contraceptives, political parties, extra-campus organizations or organizations of a kind
- Extra-campus organizations, political parties, mass organizations or other forms are prohibited from opening secretariats/representatives, or carrying out practical political activities on campus, such as provoking, mass-raising, posting leaflets/leaflets/banners, demonstrations, discrediting the image of the Faculty/University, and so on
- Individuals or student groups are prohibited from carrying out activities involving new students/students and/or on behalf of student organizations without permission from the leadership of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University. Violators are personally responsible and can be processed through the Student Discipline Commission
- Individuals or groups of students are prohibited from carrying out activities that are contrary to human rights, applying physical or psychological pressure, collecting or soliciting donations or other forms in the form of money or goods without permission. Individuals or groups of students who carry out the activities referred to are personally responsible and can be processed through the Student Discipline Commission or applicable legal provisions
SANCTIONS FOR VIOLATION OF REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURE
STUDENTS
For students who violate the provisions of the student code of ethics and student regulations, the faculty leadership can impose sanctions in accordance with the provisions that apply at Trisakti University.
Sanctions for violating criminal acts:
- Conducting fights, a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Bring guns
- Bringing firearms/sharp weapons that can endanger the safety of life, body and property, a minimum of 2 (two) semester suspension
- Using firearms on campus, being dismissed as a student
- Bringing explosives including firecrackers, a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Bringing, distributing, and drinking liquor, a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Extortion, a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Committing fraud, a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Doing falsification, jockeying exams with a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Committing sexual harassment, a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Committed rape, was dismissed as a student
- Performing acts of plagiarism, cheating in lectures, examinations or in writing thesis/apprentice report writing, a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Carrying out disgraceful acts such as bribery, giving money, materials and other services related to academic interests to lecturers and employees/educational support staff, a minimum of 2 (two) semester suspensions
- Committing acts of vandalism, including: littering, scribbling, damaging something so that it does not function properly, coercion, threats, pressure that violates human rights (human rights) is subject to a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Conducting acts of provocation that lead to negative things, is subject to a minimum suspension of 2
- Performing acts of provocation that lead to fights between groups/masses, immediately dismissed as a student
- Committing theft is subject to a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters p. Conducting, assisting and participating in gambling, a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Playing card games within the scope of the Campus, a minimum suspension of 1 (one) semester
- Coercion, threats, pressure on the rights of others in any form, is subject to a minimum suspension of 2 (two) semesters
- Carrying out persecution or beatings, a minimum suspension of 4 (four) semesters
- Committing murder/actions that result in the loss of other people’s lives, is subject to dismissal as a student
- Possessing, carrying, storing, using, distributing, trading and facilitating acts of drug abuse, being dismissed as a student according to SKR No. 322 of 2010 concerning drug abuse. (two) semesters
Sanctions for violating the student code of ethics and student regulations can be in the form of:
- A written warning is accompanied by summons to the student and the parents or guardians of the student concerned
- Suspension of (1) one semester with a probationary period of 2 (two) semesters, accompanied by summons to the parent or guardian of the student concerned
- Suspension of at least 1 (one) semester and a maximum of 4 (four) semesters while still taking into account the study period and still having the obligation to carry out re-registration and complete financial obligations, and are not permitted to take part in educational activities or as a student at Trisakti University
- Dismissed or dismissed as a Trisakti University student
- Submitted to the authorities for processing in accordance with the applicable legal provisions in Indonesia
- Providing compensation for losses incurred due to violations of the student code of ethics and campus rules
- Sanctions in the form of suspension are set forth in the Dean’s Decree. The imposition of sanctions in the form of dismissal as a student is stated in the form of a Chancellor’s Decree as a follow-up to the Faculty Dean’s proposal.
