This course also provides analytical tools for students to be able to examine various behavioral relationships in economic activities. This course gives emphasis in addition to tools as well as on the interpretation of various quantities in econometrics. This course is conducted with a theoretical approach, an empirical approach and using applicative examples. In the end, students are able to make a model of the relationship between variables correctly and with the appropriate data processing method. 1 | Asset Valuation &Ā Asset Management | This course aims _ for analyze , evaluate , develop , recommend , take decision and compare about asset valuation principles and techniques using discounted cash flow, multiples, fair value, market value and historical value methods . Assets assessed start from securities such as debentures, stocks, bonds to fixed assets such as property, infrastructure projects and public facilities along with their depreciation methods. This course will also discuss the implementation or use of asset valuation which will be used in the preparation of feasibility studies as well as for financial reporting purposes.
